The Principal, Nigel Messenger, has over 40 years experience in the Hotel Industry and has
worked at every level: he has owned and operated his own hotel as well as managing hotels
for others. He has also been the Managing Director of a Hotel Company.

Nigel works with Associates who can offer specialist advice in many areas.

Nigel has worked as a hotel consultant for many years and currently helps a hotel
management training organisation, as well as advising a number of independent hotels.
